Electrical Controls. Sophisticated electronic crane controls require
expert technical support on short notice. The normal level of troubleshooting,
maintenance, and repair that is presented in the technical manuals may not be
adequate in some cases. Dependable expert technical support from the control
manufacturer must be available on short notice. To that end, NCC policy is to
prohibit electronic controls of foreign manufacturers.
