52.215-27, TERMINATION OF DEFINED BENEFIT PENSION PLANS (SEP 1989)
The Contractor shall promptly notify the Contracting Officer in writing
when it determines that it will terminate a defined benefit pension plan or
otherwise recapture such pension fund assets.  If pension fund assets
revert to the Contractor or are constructively received by it under a
termination or otherwise, the Contractor shall make a refund or give a
credit to the Government for its equitable share as required by FAR 31.205-
6(j) (4).  The Contractor shall include the substance of this clause in all
subcontracts under this contract which meet the applicability requirement
Of FAR 15.804-8(e).

FAR 52.215-31, WAIVER OF FACILITIES CAPITAL COST OF MONEY (SEP 1987)
The Contractor did not include facilities capital cost of money as a
proposed cost of this contract.  Therefore, it is an unallowable cost under
this contract.
21.
FAR 52.215-39, REVERSION OR ADJUSTMENT OF PLANS FOR POSTRETIREMENT
BENEFITS OTHER THAN PENSIONS (PRB) (JUL 1991)
The Contractor shall promptly notify the Contracting Officer in writing
when it determines that it will terminate or reduce a PRB plan.  I f
PRB
fund assets revert, or inure, to the Contractor or are constructively
received by it under a plan termination or otherwise, the Contractor shall
make a refund or give a credit to the Government for its equitable share as
required by FAR 31.205-6(o)(5).  The Contractor shall include the substance
of this clause in all subcontracts under this contract which meet the
applicability requirements of FAR 15.804-8(f).  The resulting adjustment to
prior years' PRB costs will be determined and applied in accordance with
FAR 31.205-6(o).
22.
FAR 52.216-18, ORDERING (APR 1984)
(a) Any supplies and services to be furnished under this contract
shall be ordered by issuance of delivery orders by the individuals or
activities designated in the Schedule. Such orders may be issued from
. . . . . . . . . . . . through . . . . . . . . . . . . . [insert dates].
(b) All delivery orders are subject to the terms and conditions of
this contract.  In the event of conflict between a delivery order and this
contract, the contract shall control.
(c)  If mailed, a delivery order is considered "issued" when the
Government deposits the order in the mail.  Orders may be issued orally or
by written telecommunications only if authorized in the Schedule.
