system)
f. Asphalt Roofing Felt
g .  G a l v a n i z e d Iron Sheet (including precoated galvanized
steel sheet; flat, corrugated and ribbed, prefabricated materials
t h o s e are mainly consisted of galvanized steel/iron sheet --
e x a m p l e ; ducts for HVAC and roof ventilators/louvers for natural
ventilation)
h.  G l a s s , Clear, (including wired glass and framed
g l a s s d o o r s / g l a z e d aluminum sashes)
i .  Gypsum wall Board

I n s u l a t i o n Board: mineral wool
k.  I n s u l a t i o n : glasswool

4.  R e f e r e n c e s ( a ) a n d ( b ) a d d i t i o n a l l y a l l o w f o r o t h e r e x c e p t i o n s
such as " u n r e a s o n a b l e cost".
This exception would apply where the
analysis requires domestic end products but urgency demands use of
t h e "unreasonable cost" foreign end product.
5 .  W e must be critical of our analysis to justify our choice of
m a t e r i a l procurement.
I B O P will be prepared for each project
above $25,000.
