and project location plans indicating haul routes, borrow areas,
disposal areas, laydown and storage areas and on-site mixing plants.
(This drawing may be combined with the title sheet and include an
index of drawings and a list of abbreviations.)
b)  Existing Site and Removal Plan:  Show an accurate plan of
the site showing existing contours and spot elevations, as well as
the accurate location of all borings taken and all topographic
features.  The plan shall include all existing site information such
as buildings, structures, utilities, paving, storm drainage, fencing,
horizontal control points, location and description of bench marks,
wooded areas, wetlands, specimen trees, and other relevant data.  All
bench mark control points, markers and monuments shall be clearly
referenced and described.  All removal work, including limits of
removal, shall be clearly shown and defined on the drawing.  Indicate
depth and dimensions of affected pipelines and foundations.  Where
removals are extensive, separate drawings shall be provided (see the
chapter titled "Preparation of Drawings").
c)  Site Plan:  Show all new aboveground site features including
all buildings and pavements, with dimensions, traffic flow patterns,
parking layout and striping, including handicapped parking
requirements, fences, construction limits and all other structures
and facilities.  (NORTHDIV will provide a copy of parking standards,
including option for small car parking and handicapped parking
requirements, for assistance in developing this drawing.)  Locations
for new features should be referenced to appropriate bench marks and
d)  Grading and Storm Drainage Plan:  Show all existing and
finish contours at maximum 1.0 foot intervals, existing and finish
spot elevations as necessary to insure proper drainage, clearing and
grubbing limits, grassing limits, ditches, existing and new storm
drainage pipes with sizes, slopes and inverts shown, manholes, catch
basins, curb inlets, headwalls, location and description of bench
marks, and other necessary structures with inverts and top
elevations.  Clearly indicate the locations of security barriers on
man passable pipes and ditches which pass under security fences.
e)  Water and Sewer System Plan:  Show all existing and new
water and sewer lines with sizes indicated.  The water system shall
include the approximate depth of existing lines and the locations of
all valves, hydrants, fire pumps and water storage tanks.  The sewer
system shall include the location of all manholes, pump stations and
air release valves, the inverts and top elevations of all manholes
and cleanouts, and the slope of lines.  Rough details of pump
stations and other special structures shall be provided.  Standard
details need not be shown on this submission.
f)  Soil Boring Logs:  Show soil boring logs referenced to the
boring numbers in the plan sheet.  Soils shall be classified in
accordance with ASTM D2487, "Classification of Soils for Engineering
Purposes", and the applicable 2 letter soil group symbols shall be
indicated on the soil boring logs.  Standard penetration test blow
counts and ground water table elevations shall be shown.  Soil boring
log elevations shall be referenced to the true bench mark elevations
shown on the site or grading plans, and a note on the sheet shall
