PART III
SOLAR FEATURES
This part is used to describe the economic justification for incorporating an
active or unique passive solar feature into a facility design.  It will always
be reported in conjunction with Part I because a facility will always have an
energy budget. Part I should indicate if an EC feature #1, #2, or #4 applies.
