PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE AND INSPECTION

Check Points
1.
Inspect for proper operation, balance, and
cleanliness.
Check fan wheels for alignment and
freedom of rotation.  Check fan blades for
cleanliness and for damage.  Adjust and clean when
necessary.

Tighten bolts and nuts around duct connections, fan
housings, and floor or equipment connections.

Lubricate fan bearings.
Disassemble fan if necessary.  Clean, paint, and
