2.2 Yearly Inspection of Instruments.  M a k e a thorough inspection of all
i n s t r u m e n t s and gauges for corrosion, d e p o s i t s , binding, and mechanical
d e f e c t s .  C h e c k the following items:

leaks
q Badly worn pins or bushings
q Mercury
separation
in
thermometers
q Temperature
bulbs
damaged
