Scope. This military handbook contains general criteria for the
design of seawalls, bulkheads, and quaywalls, with emphasis on type,
construction, and material selections.
1.2
Cancellation. This handbook, MIL-HDBK-1025/4, Seawalls, Bulkheads,
and Quaywalls, supersedes NAVFAC DM-25.4, dated July 1981.
