PREPARATION OF CHANGE ORDER OR CHANGE ORDER REQUEST (COR)
(MODIFICATION AFTER AWARD)
1. GENERAL: Modification After Award shall be prepared in the
same manner as Amendments of Solicitation (See Section 8) except, in
lieu of Standard Form 30, t h e first page shall be in accordance with
t h e guide entitled "Guide for Preparation of Amendment and Change
Order Request.'
