 In addition, certain projects, particularly those involving the need for the
government to secure environmental permits through a state or other local
authority, may require that the A/E seal the drawings, or some of the
drawings, with an appropriate registration seal of the state where the project
is to be constructed. Accordingly, in such cases, the A/E shall anticipate
the need to possess registration in the appropriate state or obtain
registration in the appropriate state at no additional cost to the government.
