PART 5 - APPLICABLE CRITERIA, GUIDANCE AND INFORMATION
5.1
General
The A/E shall design the project[s] in accordance with DOD [,][and] Navy [and Air Force]
criteria listed herein, the A/E Guide, standard engineering and architectural practice,
other criteria listed herein, and specific technical guidance provided by the government
at the A/E Orientation Meeting.
5.2
Information prior to Negotiations (Contract Award)
