PART L: NAVFAC DRAWING DISK
Provide a 3.5 inch (1.44Mb) floppy disk or a CD-ROM with a list of all NAVFAC drawing
numbers and titles used in this project. (This is the same information that will be required in the
project specification Section 00102.) Provide the database in a two column format with the
drawing number as one column and the drawing title (all capital letters) as the other column. The
database will be appended to an MS Access database file; therefore, a seven digit number, a
space, and a maximum forty character drawing title is required. The data must be in ASCII, MS
Word, MS Access, or dBase III Plus. If dBase III Plus or MS Access format is chosen, the file
structure should be:
