Noise Survey.  When required by the Executive Director, the
applicant shall survey, record and submit background sound level
data in the vicinity of the proposed facility at the time of
application for a permit.
Financial Assurance Regulations specify documents and presentations
required of operators of landfills which are not cities, counties, towns
or other governmental entities.  These must be submitted before a permit
can be issued.
