NOTE:
1. All Inspection Reports must be numbered for identifying the Report and facility.
2. Unscheduled inspections should be conducted only when unavoidable. These inspections disrupt the Control
Inspection program and often duplicate work previously disclosed by a Control Inspection. To avoid
duplication, the inspector should always review the Facility Pile prior to conducting inspection.
