MIL-HDBK-1013/12
a) If classified information is used in generating the
output of this procedure, the resulting information
may need the derivative classification of the
material from which it was derived.
b) Capabilities or design parameters may be protected
for operational security reasons.  Operational
security is especially relevant for overseas
projects constructed in high-threat areas and for
mission-essential facilities.  The installation
commander or a designated representative with
original classification authority should determine
the appropriate classification level to protect the
facility design information.
