FAR 52.222-29, NOTIFICATION OF VISA DENIAL (APR 1984)
It is a violation of Executive Order 11246, as amended, for a
Contractor to refuse to employ any applicant or not to assign any person
hired in the United States, on the basis that the individual's race, color,
religion, sex, or national origin is not compatible with the policies of
the country where the work is to be performed or for whom the work will be
performed (41 CFR 60-1.10).  The Contractor agrees to notify the Department
Of State, Washington, DC. Attention:  director, Bureau of Politico-Military
Affairs, and the Director, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs,
when it has knowledge of any employee or potential employee being denied an
entry visa to a country in which the Contractor is required to perform this
contract, and it believes the denial is attributable to the race, color,
religion, sex, or national origin of the employee or potential employee.

FAR 52.223-3, HAZARDOUS MATERIAL, IDENTIFICATION AND MATERIAL
SAFETY DATA (NOV 1991)
(a)  "Hazardous material", as used in this clause, includes any
material defined as hazardous under the latest version of Federal Standard
NO. 313 (including revisions adopted during the term of the contract).
(b) The offeror must list any hazardous material, as defined in
paragraph (a) of this clause, to be delivered under this contract.  The
hazardous material shall be properly identified and include any applicable
identification number, such as National Stock Number or Special Item
Number.  This information shall also be included on the Material Safety
Data Sheet submitted under this contract.

(c) The apparently successful offeror, by acceptance of the contract,
certifies that the list in paragraph (b) of this clause is complete.  This
list must be updated during performance of the contract whenever the
Contractor determines that any other material to be delivered under this
contract is hazardous.
(d) The apparently successful offeror agrees to submit, for each item
as required prior to award, a Material Safety Data Sheet, meeting the
requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1200(g) and the latest version of Federal
Standard No. 313, for all hazardous material identified in paragraph (b, of
