4.10 Page Numbering: There will be two different page numbering

Table of Contents and page numbering shall be lower case
Roman. S t a r t with "i" c e n t e r e d at the bottom of the first
page under the specification number. The numbers below
r e p r e s e n t the unit identification code, followed by the
f i s c a l y e a r , t h e n the construction specification number.
