Ref (a) A/E G U I D E
The Construction Cost Estimate is to be provided in a separate
booklet in accordance with Ref a ( o r as otherwise directed by the
NORTHDIV Design Manager) and the following additional
requirements:
1) The estimate shall be projected to the anticipated mid-point
of construction based on a construction start date to be
obtained from NORTHDIV - PM Code 0 9 A 2 2 2 Intent is to use the
anticipated date of Construction Contract Award + 15 days as
the Construction Start Date.
2) An Air Force Form 1178 (Project Cost Estimate Worksheet1 shall
be completed and provided with each submission for each Bid
Item. Only the following "Blocks" are to be filled in:
