14.3
Minutes
The A/E shall submit minutes to all meetings and presentations in
accordance with the requirements of the chapter titled "A/E Contract
Administration". Minutes shall include the resolution of all points
of discussion, comments and proposals.
14.4
Changes to Meetings
14.4.1
Number of meetings, participants or location
If, during the course of the A/E contract, the government deems a
particular presentation or meeting to be unnecessary, or wishes to
change the number of A/E participants or the location of a meeting,
an adjustment in contract price will be made in accordance with the
negotiated unit pricing requested by this chapter and a contract
modification will be issued in accordance with the chapters titled
"The A/E Contract" and "A/E Contract Administration".
14.4.2
A/E Unit Prices for Meeting Participation
To facilitate contract modifications for changes to the number of
meetings, A/E meeting participants or meeting locations, the A/E
shall submit with his fee proposal the following unit prices for
negotiation:
a) Labor cost per day per person (average cost per person,
including overhead and profit, for 8 hours).
b) Labor cost per person associated with travel time (round
trip) from A/E office to:

NORTHDIV.
c)
Travel cost per day (eg., car operating costs or car rental)
at:
1)
Site.
2)
NORTHDIV.
d)
Travel cost per trip in addition to above (eg., plane fare)
to:
1)
Site.

Lodging cost per night per person at:
1)
Site.
2)
NORTHDIV.
