*NOTE:
For new construction (including construction of new additions on
existing buildings), each of the above 12 items must be addressed in
the design analysis. For renovations of existing buildings, some of
these items may not be applicable, depending on the scope of the
project. Items which are not applicable should be noted as such in
the checklist. It is not necessary to complete portions of the
checklist which are clearly not applicable. When in doubt, contact
Code 4042.
