AIR FORCE
ENERGY REPORT
PURPOSE: This consolidated format will be used by designers (A-E firms and/or
design agents - Corps of Engineers or Naval Facilities Engineering Command) to
report to AFRCE-ER applicable energy information for any particular design.
The AFRCE-ER project managers will use this format to place data on WANG
computer for dissemination to HQ USAF, MAJCOM, and base levels. The report
has three Parts. Part I is for most projects - the energy budget figure (EBF)
is the design energy consumption for a facility. Part II is for ECIP projects
only. Part III is for solar features (active or unique passive) and would be
used in conjunction with Part I, as applicable. This report format replaces
DEACONS Worksheets Options C, D, and E for ENESEG 1, 2, and 3 used in past FY
1981 - 1985 projects and same FY 1986 projects started prior to publication of
this attachment. (This format is not retroactive.)

or further, including process loads, using actual or expected operating
times. Hot water requirements for gymnasiums, cafeterias and commissaries
will be considered process loads.) BTU/SF/YEAR. . . . . . .
