Office to prepare Division 00 of the final contract package. THIS IS NOT A
CONTRACT DOCUMENT. Submit a typed or hand marked hard copy of this Form at
the 100% and final submittals. For A-E Projects: This Form must be completed
by the A-E and the Government PDE. (For I-H Projects: This Form must be
completed by the PDE.)
