EVALUATION OF BIDS:
The funds available for this project known as the control amount will be
recorded prior to bid opening and announced at the bid opening. The low
bidder for purposes of award shall be determined in accordance with DFARS
252.236-7007, Additive or Deductive Items. This clause is provided in full
text in Section 00020, General Requirements.
