 All oil separators are to have a submerged tee (or other submerged feature)
as an outlet. This will make the separator function as a two-stage separator
and prevent oils which may get into the outlet chamber from being discharged.
Design grease traps for easy accessibility and cleaning.
Install shutoff valves/switches in existing systems for quick isolation of
problems and ease of repair.
