walkways or other pavements. Don't locate dumpsters at the front entrance to
facilities.
Consider any needed features to facilitate possible recycling efforts.
Provide adequate pavement design to permit safe and easy approach, container
handling, and maneuvering by refuse vehicles.
Make provision for rodent control and insect control.
Provide source of water for cleaning refuse collection pads.
