OUTLINE SPECIFICATION
FOR
REPAIRS TO DAMAGED CULVERTS,
UTILITY POLES, ROADS AND RAILROAD BEDS
AT THE
NAVAL STATION
PEARL HARBOR, HAWAII
GENERAL DESCRIPTION. The work includes replacement of tidal culverts as
required; removal of existing utility poles at Bolsa Avenue including
relocation of existing electrical cable and lines; replace damaged railroad
bed including ballast, earthwork and grading; repairs to gravel surfaced
roads; and erosion control work including replanting; complete-in-place in
accordance with the Drawings and Specifications.
Time for Completion:
120 calendar days.
Special Work Directives:
a. Removal of utility poles may not begin until Hawaiian Electric Company
removes its transformers.
b. Replacement of tidal culverts shall not proceed until permit is
received from the Corps of Engineers.
