9.2.5.1 General Requirements
General Requirements, are included in Division 1 of the estimate and are summarized in
Division 1 of the General Summary. These costs should be carefully developed from the
checklist shown below, using items applicable to the project. Note that the equipment
covered in General Requirements is generally administrative/support equipment. Include
Quality Control costs in General Requirements. There is a significant cost difference
between jobs which require a QC Representative and support staff and the jobs which
require a QC Representative only. (See specifications)
