(1) initiate and maintain the rough working copy of each
REC sheet.
(2) directly supervise all details of the reentry and be
physically present during any and all work accomplished in
relation to the REC, other than work accomplished in the
cleanroom or contracted to an industrial concern if covered by
test reports or other official documentation.
