CHAPTER 5
A/E CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
5.1
Preliminary Visit to Site
After A/E selection, but prior to contract award, if the A/E considers that a
visit to the site is necessary before submitting his fee proposal,
arrangements will be made by the A/E with the understanding that the
government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by such visit.
5.2
Pre-Negotiation Conference
For certain projects, pre-negotiation visits to the ACTIVITY may be necessary
for reviewing and clarifying the proposed items of A/E services required by

negotiation conference will be attended by the DESIGN MANAGER (DM), PROJECT
