3.1.7 100% Review Conference: Copies of the A-E list of issues and the
review comments with the A-E's annotations will be made available to
anticipated attendees.
3.1.8 Final Submittal:
Include the originals as applicable to the
project:
Drawings: Phase 1) Originals signed by A-E; and hard copies. Phase
2) After originals approved by PACNAVFACENGCOM and returned to A-E
(submittal to PACNAVFACENGCOM within one week maximum): CADD files on
CD-ROM; originals scanned to PDF and produced as an EBS (Electronic
Bid Solicitation) document on EBS CD-ROM; and hard copies printed from
the EBS CD-ROM. Originals signed by A-E and PACNAVFACENGCOM.
Specifications: Phase 1) Originals signed by A-E; SPECSINTACT files
converted to PDF with bookmarks and thumbnails; and hard copies
printed from PDF. Phase 2) After originals approved by
PACNAVFACENGCOM and returned to A-E (submittal to PACNAVFACENGCOM
within one week maximum): SPECSINTACT files on CADD CD-ROM;
SPECSINTACT files converted to PDF with book marks and visual
thumbnails on EBS CD-ROM; and hard copies printed from the EBS CD-
