 Office, to NAVREG, with purpose, dates, and other pertinent information is
required. Because of limited accommodations available on Midway Island,
Project Design Engineers are required to obtain concurrence from Naval Air
Facility, Midway. This information will be annotated on the travel
information attachment.
(c) Administrative processing of passes will require 2 to 4
weeks.
(7) CANTON, JOHNSTON AND WAKE ISLANDS
(a) Submit request for entry and travel orders with the
following information for each individual requiring entry:
1.
Full name.
2.
Date and place of birth.
3.
Citizenship.
4.
Social Security Number.
5. Degree and date of current DOD facility personal
security clearance held, if any, and by whom granted.
6.
Purpose, date and duration of visit.
(b) Entry into Canton Island and Johnston Island is restricted
to U.S. citizens and U.S. nationals only. Aliens will not be permitted
access.
(8) FOREIGN COUNTRIES AND ALL OTHER OVERSEAS AREAS
(a) For foreign countries and all other overseas areas, contact
respective Project Design Engineer, PACNAVFACENGCOM Travel Section, phone
471-8365 or PACNAVFACENGCOM Security Manager, phone 474-7046, for guidance.
(9) TELECOMMUNICATION CENTERS
(a) Coordinate with respective Project Design Engineers. Visit
request submittals required. Following information shall be provided on
A-E personnel:
1.
Full name, title or position, and social security
number.
2.
Date and place of birth.
3. Citizenship. (If naturalized, indicate Naturalization
Certificate Number and date and place of issue.)
(b) Entry into Telecommunication Centers is restricted to U.S.
citizens and U.S. nationals only.
(10) BOAT ENTRY
(a) The Commander, Navy Region, Pearl Harbor authorization is
required to operate watercraft (LT Whipple 471-3084).
